Nia Delmast

Philanthropy Operations Coordinator

Nia Delmast is the Philanthropy Operations Coordinator at CERI, where she connects the dots between fundraising, finance, and systems to support thoughtful donor stewardship. With a background spanning nonprofit, association, and consulting work, she brings a mix of strategy, organization, and curiosity to everything she does. Nia holds an MBA from Tulane University and is passionate about building systems that amplify the impact of mission-driven work.

How It Started:  

Nia Delmast brings a background in data analytics, project management, and nonprofit development to her role at CERI. Nia’s interest in this field grew from her experience working across nonprofit and consulting environments, where she discovered a passion for supporting mission-driven work through both strategy and operations. She found herself drawn to the intersection of systems and impact, helping organizations work more effectively so they can better serve their communities.

Nia was drawn to CERI’s mission and its commitment to creating safe, supportive environments for children around the world. She values the organization’s global reach and collaborative culture, as well as the opportunity to contribute to meaningful change through her work behind the scenes. Being part of a mission that protects and uplifts children aligns closely with her personal values.

Behind the Scenes: 

Outside of work, Nia enjoys writing, reading, attending concerts, and swing dancing. She also loves exploring local coffee shops and spending time with her pets-her cat, Willow, and her dog, Avril.
