Team CERI, alongside dedicated global volunteers, have been in Moldova working to put warm boots on children during the grip of winter. The history of putting boots on children at CERI goes back to a miraculous moment in 1998.
Luli doesn’t know how to read or write and was married before her 18th birthday. She is a member of the Roma community, where girls only go to school one or two years.
