Program Compliance and Impact Specialist

I am the Program Compliance and Impact Specialist, improving data systems and data collection protocols. I ensure that those in country offices can record their case management data with ease, and those in our Austin headquarters have quality data available.

How It Started: 

I was working at CARE International on the KM team. This introduced me to the humanitarian aid sector and gave me the new skills to create and improve upon my existing KM Systems and Case management systems.

Why CERI? 

I want to be surrounded by passionate people who want to effect positive change in the world.

What gives you inspiration in life? 

The people whom I know and don’t, who spend their lives supporting the world at large, and attempting to lift those who have struggled, whether they are my friends, family, coworkers, activists, theorists, etc

What Protecting Childhood Means: 

Childhood means more than just surviving but experiencing the beauty and joy in life. Sharing this idea is what protecting childhood means to me.

Favorite Childhood Memory:  

I would go to the library, check out countless books, and read them by myself or share them with my parents.
