In May 2023, CERI embarked on a mission to align Sri Lanka’s child protection policies with the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD) and related international frameworks. The goal was to enhance the inclusion and protection of children with disabilities (CWD) in the country.
