I-Immersive Simulation Lab e-Sri Lanka

On March 20, 2024, child protection allies from across Sri Lanka converged for an immersive journey aimed at reshaping the national landscape of child welfare. In the Immersive Simulation Lab led by CERI, participants engaged in a dynamic workshop focused on transitioning a Child Care Institution (CCI) to Family-Based Care (FBC). Through a detailed case study, participants explored critical topics such as stakeholder engagement, case management, family involvement, asset transition, and result measurement. Amidst diverse perspectives between government and non-governmental organizations (NGOs), this gathering served as a bridge of understanding and collaboration.

Contributing Organizations: Catholic Care for Children in Sri Lanka (CCCSL), OZAID, National Christian Evangelical Alliance of Sri Lanka, Community Concern, One Hope, National Christian Council of Sri Lanka, and Leads.
